This class designed for those who have completed a foundation course, used to do yoga but is now out of practice, or who wants to take an easier class but isn’t a complete beginner. New postures will be introduced in a step-by-step manner with the correct breathing techniques. Vinyasa Yoga is a practice where you smoothly transition from pose to pose, linking movement with breath. You can expect to build strength, flexibility, and an awareness of your body and mind. By the end of each class, you’ll feel relaxed and renewed. PLEASE NOTE: This class will be live-streamed from the studio, but will not be recorded. Please join at lest 5 minutes before the class.
