This mat Pilates online class focuses on core strengthening, stretching, flexibility, mobility, and alignment. Only a mat is needed.
The classes are all mixed levels (mostly beginners and improvers), suitable for all participants except pregnant women, people recovering from serious injuries or having serious injuries or similar (as this is an online class, special modifications may not be available).
For mutual respect, I will send you a courtesy email for a short assessment but also there is a no show fee of £3.00 if you change your mind and I don't know that in advance by email.
