We run small classes led by personal trainers focused on getting you functionally fit, flexible and ready for that next obstacle race.
We have a gymnastics sprung floor enabling you to work on your cartwheels, tumbles and flips or just to have a soft floor to train on.
We have 3m high aluminium truss around the perimeter providing obstacles to train on in preparation for your next obstacle race such as Tough Mudder. Obstacles include the warped wall, chimney stack, salmon ladder, monkey bars, cargo net and much more.
