Classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis. Classes are relaxed and an opportunity for you to explore your body, find balance and inner stillness.
You just need to bring yourself, a mat, and and a bottle of water. Equipment is not currently available to borrow due to hygiene.
Take some time out from your busy week to stretch out your body and relax. During the class you will work through your whole body; gently stretching it, building strength, finding balance. As you slowly engage with your body your mind will still itself. Gradually you will find your energy levels have been replenished; and you are ready to carry on with the rest of your week.
