A 60 min class designed for people who have lower levels of fitness. Also suitable for people with long term conditions such as
COPD, asthma, high blood pressure, arthritis or any condition (including age!) which decreases exercise capacity. Uses a circuit format, so you
can work at your own pace, including a long warm up and cool down, suited to people of lower fitness.
