Boxing Club (60min) – A Boxing based High Intensity Traing which will help you improve your cardiovascular health, boxing technique, coordiation, core strength, build stamina and burn fat. You’ll get the heart pumping in a motivating environment. You’ll tone your body, become stronger, bust stress, build confidence and stay motivated. Each class will include a variety of bag work and pad work, shadow boxing, and footwork. You’ll go through a variety of core, cardio, and strength exercises. We provide boxing gloves, but encourage memebers to bring their own when possible.
