MetCon stands for Metabolic Conditioning. This class combines strength and cardio conditioning, as well as both anaerobic and aerobic exercises. During a metcon workout, you moderately to intensely exert yourself for a prolonged amount of time.This startegy helps to maximise calorie burn both during and after your workout. To be able to safely benefit from this type of training, a basic movements and strength competency is required (squating, lunging & hinging).
