We welcome ladies of All Ages, Shapes, Sizes & Abilities and we are very beginner friendly too! Over 16’s only please, 15 if accompanied by an adult.
Getting fit has never been this much fun! Be prepared to make new friends! We dance barefoot; please wear something easy to move in, leggings and a vest top are a good choice and bring a drink.
