A 1hr Yoga Class every Monday. Gentle restorative Hatha Yoga suitable for all levels Great for Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Joint pain, Sports injuries and inflammation, Stress relief and much more. This is a very gentle class to increase flexibility and strength. Suitable for beginners and beneficial for experienced students who would like a gentle healing class in between more active classes. Class consists of 60 minutes Asanas and 30 minutes Guided Relaxation/Breathing/Meditation.
