Meditation Class ( Explorative interactive meditation class with a seated meditation practice) Class involves a small chat about the benefits and styles of meditation. It is interactive and we share our experiences We meditate together for around 35/45 minutes and we discuss our experience at the end of class. You can choose if you would like to interact or not as it is perfectly fine to either listen or engage. The main purpose is to strengthen our meditation practice and to learn about the deeper levels of transcendence through a regular practice.
