Circuits with equipment such as Slam Balls, Kettlebells, Hand weights, Resistance bands, body weight etc.. Cardio and strengthening exercises. In addition there will be pad work as a fun way to burn calories. Non contact as this is for fitness and not a specific boxing class. I am a level 2 Gym instructor, level 3 PT and have taught kickboxing for the last 7 years as well as a qualified Boxercise instructor. This is a fitness class using the basic boxing/kickboxing techniques. All levels of fitness welcome. It's a really welcoming, friendly class, we work hard but have fun doing it.
