Classes run for two hours and start with 15 minutes of warming up exercises followed by 1 hour of yoga asanas (yoga postures) and 30 minutes of pranayama (breathing exercises). Each class concludes with 15 minutes of guided relaxation (yog nindra). All of which will leave you feeling "de-stressed", relaxed and rejuvenated. The classes are suited for all levels (from absolute beginner to advanced) with at least one yoga teacher available to give one-to-one attention to anyone requiring help during the class.
