With guidance from our fully qualified and insured coaches, members have the freedom to explore and learn, moving through our syllabus as they gain skills.
Using elements from other activities such as Judo, free-running/parkour, aerobics, dance, acrobatics and even some exciting games helps to create a fun, dynamic environment for all members, with a clear focus on developing their gymnastic abilities.
Our adult classes have an atmosphere of supportiveness with everyone helping each other to try new skills and build physical development by interacting with a range of equipment from trampette jumps to vaulting, floor skill, beam work and even trapeze!
