"Over 7 years of experience in the health and fitness industry has given Kat the knowledge, experience and confidence to share her thoughts and feelings with the world.

Qualified as a Level 4 PT, with CPD in rehabilitation, GP referral, Advanced Functional Training, Olympic Lifting, Strength and Conditioning, Nutrition as well as sport specific seminars and a Level 2 in swimming coaching/instruction.

Kat’s always had a love for investigating, researching and writing, and is working towards finishing a BA Honours in English; allowing a passion for the written word and presenting informed yet opinionated pieces of work.

Currently Kat’s aim is to make health, fitness and a positive lifestyle accessible to everyone, no matter who they may be or what their circumstances are. There are no quick fixes in life, but with moderational progression and realistic improvements, everyone can work towards an overall outcome of a “healthier” lifestyle."
