Each class delivers a full-body burn through dynamic drills from Siu Nim Do, a unique advanced Ving Tsun (Wing Chun) form loaded with essential movements: straight punches, kicking chains, single and double-handed techniques (pak sau, dim jeurn), and stance power.
Repeating Cycle (Classes rotate focus for balanced progress & recovery):
