H.I.I.T Like a Warrior – 30-Minute Class
Train like a warrior with High-Intensity Interval Training fused with authentic Ving Tsun Kung Fu — explosive fitness + real martial skills in one powerhouse session.
Each class delivers a full-body burn through dynamic drills from Siu Nim Do, a unique, advanced Ving Tsun (Wing Chun) form loaded with essential movements: straight punches, kicking chains, single and double-handed techniques (pak sau, dim jearn), and stance power.
Repeating Cycle (Classes rotate focus for balanced progress & recovery):
* Type 1: Basic hand techniques – Build speed, coordination, and punching power * Type 2: Leg emphasis – Explosive kicks, mobility, lower-body drive and stability * Type 3: Advanced hands – Deeper combinations for refined warrior efficiency
Strictly 30 minutes of high-intensity action: Arrive energized, leave stronger and calmer. Venue opens 10 minutes early.
In-person at Soper Hall, Caterham (super convenient post-work access).
