Expect a fun filled evening! Your Salsa class will run from 8 pm till 9pm every Wednesday it will cover the basic salsa steps, footwork and partner moves till you can pull off fantastic partner routines. After the class from 9 pm we hold a freestyle session where you can practice your moves.
Salsa is an energetic dance which will get your body moving and inspire happiness! Salsa translates to Mix, and it literally is a mixture of cha cha, mambo and other latin dances styles.
Dance is great for your body and mind but Salsa differs from most dances in its fast pace and freedom to style your moves with your passion!

What to wear! Comfortable clothes that is flexible, if you enjoy your classes invest in a pair of Latin/Ballroom Dance Shoes. To start wear comfortable footwear that holds you feet in properly, either a pair of flat or low heel for ladies. Avoid trainers with lots of grip although these are fine for your first few classes and you can get extra advise from your instructor.
