These sessions are intended for building maximum strength and power, as well as promoting quality lifting. Using Squat and Deadlift as our basis we will be looking to improve those lifts and their derivatives. As well as improve key athletic qualities such as speed, agility and power, through lifting, plyometrics and sprint drills. In addition there will be focus equally important qualities such as core strength and hypertrophy.
