Gentle Yoga Class. Although suitable for all levels it’s primarily aimed at Beginners and those who need to take it easy. This soft mindful and gentler approach to yoga, somewhere between Restorative yoga and Hatha yoga, will focus on moving the body with the breath, although not essential, it helps the student to reconnect mind and body. The Poses are often seated or reclining with only a couple of standing postures that help with balance, and are often not as deep, sometimes supported with props to help make the poses more accessible. This is a perfect introduction to Yoga, for those people of limited mobility, working with injuries, or who just want a more sedate. A calming class with a blend of meditation, movement and pranayama where we can welcome ourselves back home to our body and breath.
