If you are new to Yoga, or have practiced in the past but stopped because life got too busy; if you are a busy mum or work standing or sitting many hours a day; if you want to lose weight and become more supple; if you want to become more aware of your body, reduce stress and calm the busy mind – our Yoga classes are perfect for you.
You don’t need to be flexible and fit to start enjoying Yoga and its benefits! Yoga is for everyone. You will be guided to practice at your own level and ability. Practicing Yoga will improve your physical and mental health, help you lose weight, reduce stress levels, and bring peace and harmony into your life.
Please come to our class dressed in comfortable clothes you can move in. You can bring your own Yoga mat or use one of ours.
You can attend in person (physical attendance) or online (live stream). Once you register you will receive link for online live stream.

It is my 1st time taking up yoga and I honestly wish I did it ages ago! The group was lovely as well as the teacher, very attentive and hard working, cares about her students and their progress. This has helped me in my mental health which I have suffered with for years! As well as my physical ability. I think I can speak on behalf of many. It would be a shame to see the classes stop.
