Classes are a mixture of classical Pilates and APPI Pilates. So whether you are new to fitness, recovering from an injury or you are a regular exerciser, these classes have something for everyone.
As classes are open ability modifications and progressions are offered throughout and in some classes options to include small equipment are included.
