Mental balance is a state of well-being that results from freeing the mind of its afflictive and negative tendencies, realizing its potential in terms of wisdom, compassion and creativity. It is a state in which affections and thoughts contribute to personal well-being, so that we feel full and at peace in order to fully develop our potential. In this class you will aspect deep stretching, core exercises, working on the flexibility of the spine, standing and sitting postures. Dynamic exercises with repetitions to achieve the flexibility of the entire body.
Immune system and central nervous system will be the focus of our weekly session; these exercises can be practiced sitting on a crossed legs position or sitting in a chair.
Children and elderly people are also welcome to participate.
Please have your last meal or snack at least one hour before the session.
