A simple and effective session to strengthen immunity through breath work and bring a sense of harmony within.
When finding ourselves into a space of fears the breath can be blocked and the lung capacity decreases, the mind is highly effected by it bringing a sense of confusion and anxiety.
Immune system and central nervous system will be the focus of our weekly session; these exercises can be practiced sitting on a crossed legs position or sitting in a chair.
Children and elderly people are also welcome to participate.
Please have your last meal or snack at least one hour before the session.
