Here we learn how to take care of ourselves and the response of our own emotions. Through postures and meditation you will find a combination of inner strength and guidance tools that can be integrated in your daily routine. We work on the hormones release to support the brain chemistry to bring you out of the clouds and back into your body, a regular practice will give you the support needed to become more free and balanced.
