Mosaic Bootcamp – ‘Full Body’. This will probably be the most challenging of our Bootcamp classes. Here, the instructor will make you sprint, or run up hills (on our treadmills) and exhaust you on our walkers before giving you a wide range of exercises. Work your legs, back, core, upper body, arms – EVERYTHING and anything goes in this class. Be prepared to work hard and burn the calories. (45 and 60 mins)
