Chief Instructor Julian has been training for 20 years and can teach you the fundamentals of Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, Filipino KalI (as used by Jason Bourne) and basic Self-Defence.
You’ll get a great workout on the pads learning to kick, punch, knee and elbow correctly. This will make you fitter, stronger, more toned and less stressed. The aim is to make you a happier, safer, more functional human being and you’ll meet some nice people along the way as we all get better together.
Beginners are very welcome!
