Thai Yoga is a Yin style where you flow slowly through postures (asana). Spending more time in each asana allows the body to open up for a deeper stretch. Thai Yoga encourages you to relax into the postures finding more space, easing into it rather than pushing your body where it isn’t yet ready to go. Often, Thai Yoga begins with standing postures, moving to the floor to open up hamstrings, lower back and hips. It’s set to music to create a calm atmosphere to relax and clear your mind.
