Tonning and body weight resistance session to condition, increase muscle definition and strength. We work all major muscle groups with a mix of body weight and equipment based exercises.
We have mats you can use, and dumbbells, but feel free to bring your own as the ones in the studio are pretty low weight.
Please come 5-10 mins earlier if it's your first time to fill in the registration form.
Follow the directions to get to the studio. We're at the back of the Pithay Studios. Walk through the cafe, then follow the arrows all the way to the end. If you come in late, press the buzzer and wait for a break in music so we can hear you and let you in. Keep buzzing and be patient!
Plenty of water and a towel, we do get sweaty! 😊
