Wednesdays we step up from the basics and focus less on fitness and more on dance routines and technique. Heels optional, trainers always work too.
We warm up with a combination of basic twerking moves, and continue with choreograpwd routines, with a mix of our usual ritmos, mainly:
Reggaeton, Soca, Dancehall, Bachata, Salsa, Brazilian Funk, Afrobeats, , Reggae, Rumba, Flamenco, Commercial, etc
A friendly environment, this class is attended by Intermediate participants mainly, but it is open to all who want to give it a try.
If you haven't done so before, please make sure you fill the online registration form so you can join the class (this is only done once, on your first class).
