This is a non-impact class.
Toning and body weight resistance session to condition, increase muscle definition and strength. We work all major muscle groups with a mix of body weight and equipment based exercises. We finished each class with a long section of stretching and flexibility work, targeting all major muscles.
If you don't have any dumbbells at home, pick up some cans of food, bottles of water, cartons of milk, etc, anything that you have a pair of and it's kind of heavy. 2 different sets of weights will be ideal, so you can pick the right ones for each muscle group.
