This is a non-impact class.
60 mins class focused on Core Stability and Strength and stretching. All you need is a mat or a towel. Feel free to use your weights to add resistance to the exercises.

Once you do the check in (open 15 mins before the class starts), you will get the link to the meeting.
If you haven't done it before, please make sure you fill the online registration form before you join the class (this is only done once, on your first class).
