Ditch the workout join the party! Come and join us for 55 mins of Latin moves, rythms and songs where you will move and shake your way to fitness! The hall is big with great acoustics and plenty of room but I do advise you to book up nice and early and these sessions get booked well in advance. All welcome so bring your friends, mums, sisters and aunties :) We start with basic warm up moves to well known songs and then hit the dancefloor with Merengue, Salsa, Reggaeton and Cumbia songs from Latin America then we mix it up with Belly Dancing, African beats and other classic Latin styles such as Flamenco and Tango! It's just awesome - you must come!
