This is a versatile class with fluid and precise movements based on Latin music, providing easy-to-follow steps whilst discovering different styles of music, such as salsa, merengue, reggaetón, cumbia, tropical, hip-hop, funk, calypso, bachata and more! Learning choreographies all together. It is the perfect class to feel full of energy and do a complete workout ending the class with a high intensity full body training. The general objective for each class is to focus on setting expectations to improve flexibility, maintain cardiovascular fitness, free stress, feeling motivated and a body full of energy.
