My teaching is rooted in the Ashtanga Vinyasa primary series, which is an energetic set sequence of synchronised movement and breath designed to cleanse the body and focus the mind. I love adapting classes to make them accessible for beginners and exploring asana modifications for individuals where needed.
In these Thursday evening sessions we will work through a half primary followed by a finishing sequence to steady the breath.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class starts to get settled in.
