Please note that this is a 90 minute 1:1 class (run in the local Bristol area) that will take place in your own home!
Yin yoga mainly targets joints and promotes their movement, improving flexibility and elongating muscles, areas often forgotten about. Through meditation, yin yoga reduces stress and anxiety, encouraging a mindful lifestyle which benefits us on a day to day basis. All levels and abilities are welcome!
How the classes may look like: First class is free and will be mainly an opportunity for us to get to know each other and so I can understand what you are looking for, if you’re not sure about this, that’s no problem, we can work together to figure it out. The following classes will be the start of working on your target areas, each class is a safe space for you to explore anything that feels comfortable to you and a calm environment dedicated to your body and mind.
