Join us for a day of the ultimate Yoga time. A chance to move and breath together through a selection of nourishing yoga practices. The lunchtime yoga will be dynamic and uplifting, followed by a Workshop.
Ranta's (www.rantayoga.com) speciality class -'AGNIYASA' - her own style that is inspired from multiple lineages (Dharma, Forrest,Ashtanga, Rocket, Gokul) will uplift your Spirit, upgrade your practice & free you from fear. Her Workshop afterwards, will be focusing on body mobility, movement, muscle conditioning, safe inversions for all levels, as well as addressing various injuries, body conditions, posture modifications & answer questions on nutrition & share tips on how to help your body restore and even thrive !
After a plant-based nutritious meal/tea (approx 1h) , there will be a 30 min long gentle, deeply relaxing Yin Yoga Flow class ,that will be guided into blissful meditation and a healing sound bath for a whole hour ( by sound therapist- www.Rounik.com)

12:30 pm - Arrival/ Welcome Snack/Green Juice Shot
13:00 pm- AGNIYASA yoga class with Ranta + Adam assisting +Workshop with Ranta ( any questions- about anything -are welcome)
15:00 pm - free time/plant-based meal/ socialising
16:00 pm- Restorative Yin Yoga Flow
16:30 pm- Healing Soundbath + Meditation
17:30 pm- Closing chat & Tea (optional)
18:00 pm - Goodbyes :)
