This class provides the ideal opportunity to let go of your Monday and set you up for your week ahead.
The class is a flow of Vinyasa yoga postures weaved together offering options to ease off or go deeper. The class usually involves at least one breathwork practice and a short meditation to allow yourself to land into the practice.
The class is suitable for all levels and as a Chiropractor I look to offer postures that will challenge your practice but also are safe and work with your body, not against it.
The Zoom link will be available once booked on your Move GB app. Please allow 5 minutes before the start of the class to get online. If you have a laptop with a webcam this works really well for having a bigger screen to view the practice.
What you will need: -Internet access with phone, tablet or laptop with camera -Yoga mat, rug, or carpet/soft flooring -Yoga blocks, cushions (particularly if difficult for you to sit on the floor) -Blanket for chill out at the end
