A traditional 90 minute Hatha Yoga practice that includes the practice of yoga postures (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama) and concludes with a deep relaxation. We will practice Sun Salutations, Forward bends, Backward Bends, twists, standing poses and inversions. Attention is given to alignment, breath and awareness in practice. Inspirational reflections on yogic philosophy will be given along the way.
