A fast paced Power Yoga class focusing on building upper body and core strength and developing flexibility, in particular, hips, back and shoulders.
Unlike my other classes, this is not a heated class but you will definitely get a full body workout and space to quieten the mind mid week!
There are limited spaces for this class due to the size of the studio so book early as spaces fill up fast.
