For those who identify anywhere within LGBTQIA+, and desire a space to move and breath collectively with other people who have probably felt “other” at different points in their life, then this is the space for you. Come as you are.
Guided by the foundations of hatha-tantra yoga, these classes will encourage you to explore your edges and connect to the expanse of your body, heart and mind. All in the presence of fellow queer folk, offering a safer space to bring your wholeness.
We will flow through a sequence of asana (physical postures) - sometimes dynamic, sometimes a deeper slow flow - incorporating breathwork, meditation and philosophy throughout. Throughout the class, you will be encouraged to find space and stability in your practice to make it your own; listening and engaging with your body to develop a practice which feels safe and empowering - physically, mentally and emotionally - alongside a good dose of laughter, play and lightheartedness.
These classes are open to ALL who identify within LGBTQIA+, whether you’ve never done yoga, or have been doing it for 20 years.
