I have been practising yoga for over 10 years. At first I loved how it kept me physically fit but more recently it has also helped me cope better with stress by slowing down, focusing on the present moment and nourishing myself.
I began my 200 hour teacher training in January which introduced me to a variety of yoga styles. I love teaching Vinyasa flow classes as they provide a good balance of exercise and relaxation.
Yoga is not about how flexible to are. It's about staying with your breath, being in the moment & enjoying the journey.
My classes help to stretch and strengthen muscles, and improve posture, while leaving you feeling calm and energised. They are suitable for those new to yoga as well as those with some experience.
