A midday yoga flow class to help you move, destress and re-energise.
We will ease into movement with a flowing practice to help unravel tension and release tightness, moving the body in different ways to counter the effects of prolonged sitting or sedentary work. We will then sink into slower deeper stretches, breathwork and meditative practices to help you slow down and cultivate a sense of calm and ease in the body and mind.
