We then move into longer held poses from the Yin yoga tradition to unravel tension, and promote deep rest. Blending yoga philosophy and the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), we explore a variety of practices including breathwork, meditation and deeply restorative Yoga Nidra.
