Suitable for all levels. I will guide you through a Strong Vinyasa Flow sequence inspired to open the heart and (and the hips!). We will work through postures to build strength and stability and combine it with twists and balance work.
At the end of our physical practise we will take a long guided Yoga Nidra which will let your nervous system and whole being re-set itself for the rest of your week...
As we practise yoga over time, you will find deep positive changes manifesting in your life. I believe that yoga can help us deepen our connection to our inherent body wisdom, our instinct, our internal GPS system.
When we are in tune with our deepest body wisdom, we can make choices that feel right, leading us to live a more balanced, healthy and contented life.
As we learn to really exhale we let go of things more easily and as we learn to really inhale we allow that vital fresh energy that is available to each of us, in every moment, to re-energise us. We feel more alive, more present and more joyful.
“To feel like you do after a yoga class with Roxana is more than money can ever buy. It’s challenging informative spiritual and meditative all in one breath. Totally awe inspiring and once you start you have to ask yourself why have I not been doing this forever.”
— Amanda Farnese Heath Director of The Mad March Hare
“A time to build on and remind yourself of your inner strength. A window in the chaos for skillfully guided practice and self-development.I have found Roxana’s classes to have the type of postures, fluidity and spiritual content I have been looking for in classes for years. The world is a much easier place when I have been to a class and I would strongly recommend them to others.” Elly Douglas Hamilton Director at Archerfield Estates Ltd
Bio : My journey towards teaching yoga started over 15 years ago, when I started working professionally in the performing arts as a performer and singer and I was looking for a structured daily practise to help me deal with back and neck pain on tour.
At first, yoga started off just as a physical practise for me, focusing on the postures (Asanas) and then as I healed and strengthened my neck and spine, I discovered that Yoga is so much more than just the physical. There were these incredible benefits to mind, body and soul, bringing clarity to my focus and my ability to deal with stress and anxiety.
In particular the focus on breathe control lead me to to a deeper understanding of the workings of the mind. I came to learn, (and keep learning!) , that yoga can be used as a way of understanding the true nature of the Self and as a tool for self healing.
I have been teaching yoga for over 5 years, both in classes, privately and running large workshops.
I am a International Yoga Alliance 200 hours accredited teacher, and did my teacher training at the Classical Yoga School in the UK and am currently doing further teacher training at the wonderful Yogasara in Bristol.

A lovely nurturing experience, with lots of choice given to make sure the practice is right for different levels. Roxana is a great teacher, and the music is wonderful too.
