This is a slow, mindful practice inspired by the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli and is the place for you if you: - feel stuck in your practice and want to release unwanted tension (physical & emotional) which causes discomfort or limits mobility, find a balance between strength and softness, undo holding patterns, and discover more ease, lightness and spaciousness in both body and mind - want a deeper practice where you gain an understanding and sense of each body part i.e. limbs, pelvis, spine, lungs, diaphragm, and its interconnectedness in order to function and breathe - wish to gain an understanding of gravity/anti-gravity and how to utilise its full potential - are looking for a mindful, meditative practice, that focuses attention on bodily sensation and breath, bringing us out of our busy heads and back home to the body.
