Julia's mission is to get students moving in a particular way on their yoga mat with particular movements patterns, that can benefit them off the mat in day-today-life.
Our bodies are designed to be 'functional,' so what movements can we do enabling us to achieve full range of motion and mobility? In vinyasa flow and power yoga classes, expect creative sequencing and sometimes unusual/challenging transitions to encourage movement in that 360 degree motion; bend, extend, flex, twist, jump, step, squat.
Move with a sense of strength and grace, and of course a touch of playfulness. All though we are moving and breathing through a physical practice and sometimes challenging asanas, we will always bring forward the beautiful calming effects of meditation; a moving mediation.
Learn to move through a strong class whilst easing tension and creating space in both the mind and body and learn to move your body in a way that might be challenging, achieving that 360 degree range of motion.
This location is on Bridewell street, on the left side of the island. You can enter through the side street, not Nelson St
