Hatha Flow Yoga with Gladey is a flowing sequence of postures, linking movement with breath to create a moving meditation. Through this practice we can strengthen the body, gain more energy, de-stress and start to bring a sense of peace and tranquility into our every day lives.
Hatha classes vary each week. I will usually pick up on the energy of the group and take it from there. I aim to create a joyful experience of linking movement and breath and the opportunity to release tension - both physical and emotional from the body & mind. It is a wonderful opportunity to share practice with others and at the end of the session be guided into a deep state of relaxation. The session encourages people to connect in to their own inner space and heart wisdom in order to experience a beautiful sense of freedom.
