This is a new hatha flow class where we incorporate light hand help weights into some of the postures in order to create strength and flexibility. Having practiced yoga for years, I reached an age where I started to understand the importance of keeping the musculoskeletal organ strong and healthy, not just for our physical wellbeing but for our cognitive function too. The class does include slower more yin style stretches too and always finishes with a relaxation.
