A nourishing, breath-led vinyasa flow movement practice, exploring pranayama and dynamic asanas encouraging you to find embodiment and centring.
This is an intermediate-level class, with a faster flowing pace to energise you, and with a playful exploration of asanas - expect to delve into your flexibility and strength with deep back bends, arm balances and inversions.
Options are offered throughout allowing you to take rest when needed or to challenge yourself further, all is welcome.
If you are a complete beginner I would recommend trying one of my beginner’s classes / courses before attending this class.
