This is a a great natural progression from my Gentle Yoga class or if you are looking for a mindful yoga practice, taking time to find embodiment through the asanas.
Options are always offered throughout allowing you to take your practice in a direction of your choosing. Welcoming all, beginners to yoga and those with more experience.
Access to the studio is via the bar entrance to Artist Residence on Cave Street. Head downstairs, past the lift and turn left at the bottom, you'll find us in the Blue Room (signposted!), where Eliana will greet you. Please allow at least 5 minutes before the start of class to get settled in.
