Claudia has been practicing yoga for over ten years. She discovered her love for hatha yoga whilst attending her first ever class in London which linked mindful movement with breathing and qi gong. This energising and meditative practice influences her style today however she now incorporates more of a dynamic style working the cardiovascular system and building strength and resilience in the body.
She also has a particular interest in the effects of guided meditation and how this technique can be used to help people find stillness of mind, alleviate muscle tension and instil deep relaxation.
Currently training under the guidance of Laura Gilmore, a highly respected Bristol yoga teacher whose teaching is inspired by many disciplines.
